Welcome to Legacy FM! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Legacy FM platform, including all courses, content, and services provided. You agree to comply with these Terms by accessing or using the platform. If you disagree, you must not use the platform.

Eligibility

You may use our Services only if you:

can form a binding contract with Legacy FM;
comply with these Terms, all applicable laws, and our policies; and
are over the age at which you can consent to data processing under the laws of your country.

Account Registration

Upon enrollment, you receive a limited license to access the course content for personal, non-commercial purposes. This non-transferable license does not grant rights to resell or share the content.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. Each user must maintain their own account and may not share account credentials or access with others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to the following responsibilities when using Legacy FM:

Account Sharing Prohibited: Each user is required to maintain an individual account. Sharing account credentials or allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities: You may not engage in activities that violate laws or regulations, disrupt platform operations, or use Legacy FM for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes.
Respect Intellectual Property: Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, or sharing Legacy FM’s proprietary materials without explicit written permission.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Compliance: Users must follow all guidelines and rules provided by Legacy FM, including using course materials properly for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

License Grant

Under these Terms, Legacy FM grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the platform for personal or professional purposes.

Subscriptions and Payments

Your subscription will continue for the period identified at the time of your purchase and then automatically renew unless and until you cancel it or Legacy FM suspends or discontinues it. If you cancel your subscription after the refund period, you will have access until the end of the subscription period and will not be billed for the next billing cycle.
Payments must be made using valid payment methods. Subscription fee refunds are available only if requested within 7 days of the initial payment and 3 days of the renewal date. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date, and users authorize Legacy FM to charge their payment method for recurring fees.
Users are responsible for managing their subscription settings, including canceling auto-renewals if they do not wish to continue their subscription. Please cancel before the renewal date to avoid automatic charges for the next subscription period.
Legacy FM reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel content offerings, including courses or materials, at any time.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

Legacy FM may provide links to third-party websites. However, Legacy FM is not responsible for these external sites’ content, security, or practices.
All Legacy FM content, logos, and trademarks are our property or licensed to us. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or repost any content from Legacy FM without prior written permission.
Users agree not to engage in activities that compromise platform integrity, such as reverse engineering, data scraping, or similar actions.
Legacy FM may use any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by users without obligation or compensation.

Data Privacy

Legacy FM is committed to protecting your privacy. Any data collected is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Data Collection and Use: We collect personal and usage data to enhance the platform’s functionality, improve user experience, and provide tailored course recommendations.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Legacy FM uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience, analyze usage patterns, and provide personalized recommendations. Users can manage their cookie preferences through browser settings.
Sharing of Data: Legacy FM may share your data with trusted third parties for operational purposes, such as payment processing or analytics, but will never sell your personal information.
Educational Research: Legacy FM may utilize anonymized data for educational research purposes. Personal identities will not be disclosed without explicit consent.

Termination of Use

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination, access to the platform will cease. Users may contact [email protected] to request further information or appeal the termination decision.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Legacy FM does not guarantee that course completion confers academic credit or certification unless explicitly stated.
Legacy FM is not liable for service interruptions or delays caused beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, technical failures, or required maintenance downtime.
Legacy FM is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Legacy FM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your platform use.
Users agree to indemnify Legacy FM against claims arising from using the platform or violating these terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

THESE TERMS INCLUDE AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, JURY TRIAL WAIVER AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT APPLY TO ALL CLAIMS BROUGHT AGAINST LEGACY FM. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY AS THEY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS: (1) YOU WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED TO PURSUE DISPUTES OR CLAIMS AND SEEK RELIEF AGAINST US ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING AND YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION; AND (2) YOU ARE WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO PURSUE DISPUTES OR CLAIMS AND SEEK RELIEF IN A COURT OF LAW AND TO HAVE A JURY TRIAL. THE TERMS OF THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT SHALL NOT APPLY IF UNENFORCEABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF THE COUNTRY IN WHICH YOU RESIDE.

To initiate arbitration, users must submit a written notice of dispute to [email protected], including a description of the issue and desired resolution.
Any claim must be filed within one year after the event giving rise to the claim; otherwise, the claim is permanently barred.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise the Terms at our sole discretion at any time.
Legacy FM will notify users of significant changes to these Terms via email or platform notifications. Changes take effect immediately upon posting, and continued platform use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
